How to file a takedown notice
Send a notice to hello@techfixer.com (or use our contact form with subject “DMCA / copyright notice”) including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our Site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our process
We review valid notices promptly — typically within 24–48 business hours — and will remove or disable access to material found to be infringing. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated where applicable.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a consent to jurisdiction statement. We will review counter-notices in line with DMCA requirements.
